Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Gary Community School Building Corporation shall convene on December 17, 2019 at 3:00PM at the West Side Leadership Academy, Northwest Door Entry – Conference Room, 900 Gerry Street, Gary, IN, 46406, to consider the issuance of the Building Corporation’s Taxable Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Refunding Bonds, Series 2020, a proposed form of First Supplemental Trust Indenture and First Amendment to Lease, and the approval of financing transaction documents related thereto; and all other matters which may properly come before the Board.
